Change -1:

This change in introduced in chapter no. 1 which is Purpose of the document in this chapter the Stellantis (ex PSA) updated the information related to suppliers location who is only deliver for former Opel Vauxhall legacy programs (i.e contractual documents don’t refer to the Groupe PSA requirements),

This change is introduced in chapter no. 8 and section number 8.3.5.1 Design and development outputs —Supplemental

 

  • Change is related to design FMEA conducted by suppliers this is not applicable for supplier only in charge of the industrialization, only concerned with the process FMEA.
  • Strong recommendation for use of AIAG/VDA FMEA Handbook for conduct design FMEA 
  • Consult to PSA in case if any other standard is used for conduct design FMEA
  • Share action plan to PSA in case if requirement of AIAG VDA FMEA standard is not imposed in Action Priorities classified as Medium or Low, especially for the highest levels of Severities.
  • Most critical points for design FMEA and action are managed during review with PSA by usie fo design FMEA report.

 

Change-3 :

This change is introduced in chapter no. 8 and section number 8.3.5.2 Manufacturing process design output.

 

  • Strong recommendation for use of AIAG/VDA FMEA Handbook for conduct Process FMEA 
  • Consult to PSA in case if any other standard is used for conduct Process FMEA
  • Share action plan to PSA in case if requirement of AIAG VDA FMEA standard is not imposed in Action Priorities classified as Medium or Low, especially for the highest levels of Severities.
  • Most critical points for design FMEA and action are managed during review with PSA by use of process FMEA reports.

 

Change-4 :

This change is introduced in chapter no. 9 and section number 9.1.2.1 Customer satisfaction — supplemental.

  • PSA escalation process (level1, level 2 or NBH) must NOT be considered as a “special status” in regard to IATF rules.
  • PSA reserves the right to request to IATF for the initiation of the decertification process if any breach found to the identified requirements of IATF 16949 or to PSA's quality requirements.
  • PSA will raise a “special status” condition in regard to IATF16949 is notified to the supplier in writing, with copy to the certification body.
  • PSA will clearly stated in case of special status to supplier for suspension of certificate and investigate the complaint according to section 8.0 of the rules and necessary action will be taken.

  • Remove reference to MACSI system
  • Supplier Plant sheet becomes but content is the same
